ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
MILL LANE, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to provide fibre overhead cabling, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 14 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Mill Lane, Finwood Road, Old Warwick Road, School Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals Ltd, Tel: 03700 500 792.
THE PUBLIC CYCLEPATH, TACHBROOK ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Cycleway closed to all traffic from the junctions of Harrison Way to a point outside The Windmill Public House.
Reason for Order: To enable works for disconnecting a gas service.
Order Commences: 14 May 2024 for up to 6months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

SANDY LANE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between A452 Kenilworth Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable trenching works for new supply.
Order Commences: 14 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 16 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Sandy Lane, Stoneleigh Road, Kenilworth Road, Leamington Road and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
CROSS STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between its junction with Willes Road.
Reason for Order: Works to install duct in footway and carriageway.
Order Commences: 28 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Willes Road, Clarendon Street, Cross Street and vice versa.

D7087 ASHFIELD ROAD, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed between Brooke Road and Thornby Avenue.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 30 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Brooke Road, Windy Arbour, Thornby Avenue and vice versa. Access/ Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only. Access/Egress to/ from Blackthorne Road to be via Farmer Ward Road whilst works are in progress.

HUNNINGHAM ROAD, HUNNINGHAM
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point opposite Hunningham Grange.
Reason for Order: To safely enable pole testing works.
Order Commences: 27 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Hunningham Road, Fosse Way, Oxford Road, Leamington Road, Main Street, Rugby Road and vice versa.

KENILWORTH ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Lillington Avenue and Binswood Avenue.
Reason for Order: Installation of new water mains pipes.
Order Commences: 28 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 July 2024
Access & Diversion: Kenilworth Road, Clarendon Avenue, Parade, Victoria Terrace, Bath Street, High Street, Old Warwick Road, Myton Road, Princes Drive, Park Drive, Avenue Road, Adelaide Road, Dale Street, Clarendon Place, Clarendon Square, Binswood Street, Lillington Avenue and vice versa.

MELTON ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair pipe in manhole.
Order Commences: 29 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 June 2024.
Access & Diversion: Highland Road, Kinross Road, Lime Avenue and vice versa.

REGENT STREET & DALE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: A One-way Traffic flow will be imposed, between the junctions of Dale Street and Portland Place and right turns will be prohibited from Dale Street onto Regent Street.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works for excavation to clear blockages in existing apparatus in footway and overlay in carriageway.
Order Commences: 28 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Dale Street, Warwick Street, Portland Street.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
