The Council Of The London Borough Of Redbridge The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping And Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 11) Order 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Parts IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above Order on the 8th May 2024, the effect of which will be to:

1. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places in; (i) Aldborough Road North IG2, the east side, outside nos. 48 and 49 Aldborough Road North; (ii) Aldborough Road South IG3, the south-east side, opposite nos. 357 and 359 Aldborough Road South; (iii) Ashurst Drive IG6, the west side, opposite nos. 236 to 240 Ashurst Drive; (iv) Belgrave Road IG1, the north-east side, adjacent to no. 50 Stanhope Gardens; (v) Brian Road RM6, the south-east side, adjacent to no. 180 Chadwell Heath Lane; (vi) Calne Avenue IG5, the north-west side, adjacent to no. 75 Ravensbourne Gardens; (vii) Christchurch Road IG1, the south-west side, adjacent to no. 178 Thorold Road; (viii) Colenso Road IG2, the west side, adjacent to no. 23 Wards Road; (ix) Fencepiece Road IG6, the south-west side, opposite nos. 272 to 276 Fencepiece Road; (xii) Granville Road IG1, the north-east side, outside nos. 8 and 10 Granville Road; (xiii) Grove Road RM6, the north-west side, opposite nos. 192 and 194 Grove Road; (xiv) Hamilton Avenue IG6, the south-west side, opposite nos. 133 and 135 Hamilton Avenue; (xvii) Longwood Gardens IG5, the south-east side, outside nos. 9 to 16 Gaysham Hall; (xiii) Loxford Lane IG1, the northwest side, opposite Loxford Hall, No. 38 Loxford Lane; (xix) Millhaven Close RM6, the southwest side, opposite nos. 34 to 38 Millhaven Close; (xx) Netley Road IG2, the south-west side, adjacent to no. 84 Birkbeck Road; (xxi) Newlands Road IG8, the south-east side, adjacent to no. 121 Whitehall Road; (xii) Oaks Lane IG2, the east side, adjacent to no. 240 Oaks Lane; (xxiii) Repton Grove IG5, the north-west side, opposite nos. 6 and 8 Repton Grove; (xxiv) Roding Lane North IG8, the north-west side, opposite nos. 271 and 273 Roding Lane North; (xxv) Roycroft Close E18, the north-west side, adjacent to no. 70 Gordon Road; (xxvi) Rutland Road E11, the south-east side, adjacent to no. 3 Leicester Road; (xxii) Selborne Road IG1, the north-east side, adjacent to no. 28 York Road; (xxiii) Seymour Gardens IG1, the north-west side, adjacent to no. 75 The Drive; (xxix) Sherwood Avenue E18, the south-east side, adjacent to no. 9 Charnwood Drive; (xxx) Suffolk Road IG3, the east side, opposite nos. 31 to 35 Suffolk Road; (xxxi) The Glade IG5, the south-west side, opposite nos. 28/30 Glade Court and opposite no. 85 The Glade; (xxxii) Virginia Gardens IG6, the north side, opposite no. 16 Virginia Gardens; (xxxiii) Wanstead Park Road IG1, the south-west side, opposite nos. 388 to 392 Wanstead Park Road;

2. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (SW) in; (i) Albert Road E18, the south-east side, adjacent to Albert House; (ii) Oakdale Road E18, the south side, opposite nos. 18 to 24 Oakdale Road; and (iii) Pulteney Road E18, the south-east side, opposite nos. 90 to 96 Pulteney Road;

3. Implement a shared use Monday to Sunday 8.30am to 6.30pm permit holders A or payment parking place max stay 2 hours no return within 1 hour and electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (A) at all other times in Baxter Road IG1, the north-west side, opposite nos. 3 and 5 Baxter Road;

4. Implement electric vehicle charging parking place, permit holders only (A) in Ilford Lane IG1, the north-east side, opposite its junction with St Luke's Avenue;

5. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (WB) in Chestnut Drive E11, the south-west side, opposite the side of no. 76c New Wanstead;

6. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (WFA) in Ray Lodge Road IG8, the north-west side, outside Ray Lodge United Reformed Church;

7. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (C) in Uphall Road IG1, the west side, opposite nos. 7 to 11 Uphall Road;

8. Implement electric vehicle charging parking places, permit holders only (ALH) in Merlin Road E12, the north-west side, adjacent to no. 41 Wanstead Park Avenue;

9. Implement an electric vehicle charging only at all times parking place, 8.30am to 6.30pm max stay 4 hours no return within 1 hour in Broomhill Road IG3, the west side, adjacent to no. 614 Green Lane;

10. Revoke existing underlying waiting, loading and parking restrictions in the lengths mentioned in Sections 1 to 9 (inclusive of) of this notice.

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 10th May 2024, together with the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the locations and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255 to 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
