THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR SALFORD CITY OF SALFORD (FOOTPATH ON LAND NORTH OF ST ANNE’S CHURCH, SWINTON AND PENDLEBURY) (DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION) ORDER (No.1) 2024
The above Order made on 30 April 2024, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for Salford by adding to them the following footpath -
Definitive Map Footpath No. 110 Swinton and Pendlebury Footpath - Commencing on Manchester Road at the Clifton Neighbourhood Centre (Point A, Grid Ref: 77500 03500) and continuing in a generally north easterly direction, between the Neighbourhood Centre and St Anne’s Church; continuing along the northern field boundary to Swinton and Pendlebury
Definitive Map Footpath No.10 (Point B, Grid Ref: 77700 03600) a distance of 220 metres and with a width of 1.8 metres, as shown A-B on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and copies of the Order and map may be obtained there. The Order and map may also be viewed online at https://www.salford.gov.uk/parking-roads-and-travel/ footpaths-and-pavements/
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Fiona Ledden, City Solicitor PO BOX 532, TOWN HALL, MANCHESTER, M60 2LA or phlegal@ manchester.gov.uk not later than 27 June 2024 quoting ref PSH/SCC007/00472 and should state the grounds on which the objection or representation is made.
If no objections or representations are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, Salford City Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order (or that part of the Order). If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in whole or in part, any representations or objections which has been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
