LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A)
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE
OF LAND COMPRISING PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND LOCATED AT
SOUTH BEACH PARK ADJOINING WINDSOR DRIVE

Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to dispose of an area of land comprising approximately 842sqm being part of land known as South Beach Park in Blyth and adjoining Windsor Drive, which consists of or forms part of an open space area.
A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be requested by emailing John.Price@Northumberland.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:

to be received no later than noon on 24th May 2024
