Proposed development at Water Treatment Works, Redgate Mill Lane, Eridge, East Sussex, TN3 9LT
I give notice that Miss Amy Malla of Southern Water is applying to the County Council as Planning Authority for planning permission for the following development:
Retrospective application for the installation of a Low Voltage Assembly (LVA) kiosk (approved by WD/875/CM) in a revised location.
Members of the public can view the application on the website, East Sussex County Councils website, or inspect the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by appointment at the offices of the Director, Communities, Economy and Transport Department, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes until the 31 May 2024. Please note that there are public speaking arrangements when applications are determined at Planning Committee. Ring 01273 481846 for a guidance leaflet or visit the website.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about the proposal should do so via the web or in writing to the Director, Communities, Economy and Transport Department, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE by the 31 May 2024, quoting reference number WD/890/CM.
