What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

HOBY ROAD, BROOKSBY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 02/06/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to Carry out level crossing testing. The proposed diversion route will be via: Hoby Rd, Melton Rd A607 Brooksby, Melton Rd Rearsby, Brookside, Station Rd, Rearsby Rd, Hoby Rd Thrussington, Thrussington Rd, Brooksby Rd, Hoby & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

Hoby Rd is to be closed for 50 metres either side of the level crossing.

DEBDALE HILL, OLD DALBY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The order will come into force on 13/05/202 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow National Grid to undertake the installation of a new service connection. The proposed alternative diversion route will be via:- Debdale Hill, Longcliffe Hill & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

Debdale Hill is to be closed from the start of the boundary for house No.10 to the boundary for the public house ‘Crown Inn’.

MIDDLE LANE, NETHER BROUGHTON

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 14/05/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow National Grid to undertake multiple service connections for a development site. The proposed diversion route will be, Diversion 1 – Middle Ln to Main Rd A606 Middle Ln, Chapel Ln, Main Rd – one way only. Diversion 2 – Main Rd A606 to Middle Ln Main Rd A606, Hecadeck Ln, Middle Ln – one way only. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

To be closed at the bottom end from the Main Rd A606 junction up to the access for Footpath H18.
