What is happening?

MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council proposes make the CITY OF MANCHESTER (RUSHOLME AND MOSS SIDE AREA) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LIMITED WAITING PARKING PLACES, RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES, LOADING BAYS AND AMENDMENT) (ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The effect of the Order will be to introduce - 1. No Waiting at Any Time on: Heald Grove (i) west side, from Great Western Street southerly for 4m (ii) west side, from Walmer Street northerly for 5m; (iii) east side, from 15m north of Heald Grove cul-de-sac southerly to 5m south of Heald Grove cul-de-sac; and Heald Grove cul-de-sac, both sides, from Heald Grove easterly for 5m.

2. Permit Holders Only Past This Point, 7am to Midnight Heald Grove, both sides, from Walmer Street northerly to Great Western Street. An existing Order will be amended to facilitate the above proposals. 

A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the proposals, a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order and a copy of the Order it is proposed to amend may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive.
