(KAIMES JUNCTION)
(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024 – TEMP/24/54
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate carriageway resurfacing and drainage improvement works, no person shall, except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of (i) Captain’s Rd, from the north-eastern kerbline of Howden Hall Rd, north-eastwards to its jnct with Southhouse Rd; (ii) Howden Hall Rd, from the north-western kerbline of Frogston Rd East, north-westwards to its jnct with Balmwell Terrace; (iii) Frogston Rd East, from the southwestern kerbline of Howden Hall Rd, south-westwards to its jnct with Greenwell Wynd; (iv) Burdiehouse Rd, from the south-eastern kerbline of Captain’s Rd, south-eastwards to the northern kerbline of its north jnct with Janefield; (v) Southhouse Rd, from its jnct with Captain’s Rd, south-eastwards for 20m; & (vi) Gracemount Rd, from its jnct with Howden Hall Rd, north-eastwards for 20m. Existing restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described. The order shall have effect from 14/5/24 to 26/7/24.
