What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council proposes to introduce traffic calming measures under the provisions of the Highways Act 1980 as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991 and all other enabling powers as follows:

 WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (CLEVELAND ROAD, NEVILLE PATTEN GARDENS) PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES Schedule 1 Schedule of vertical deflections Location Type of Traffic Calming Cleveland Road - Raised table starting 10 metres from 75mm high raised table the eastern kerb line of Hospital Street to the end of Cleveland Road at its junction with Steelhouse Lane. Neville Patten Gardens - Raised table starting 9 metres 75mm high raised table from the Southern kerb line of Cleveland Road to its junction with Cleveland Road. 

A copy of the Statement of Reason and Plans showing the parts of the roads affected by the proposed traffic calming measures may be inspected during normal office hours at the Main Reception, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton and viewed online at http://wolverhampton.gov.uk/troperm, or by using the QR Code below, or by emailing: Commercial.Property@wolverhampton.gov.uk Any objection(s) to the proposed implementation of the traffic calming measures should be made in writing to the undersigned by 30 May 2024 stating the ground(s) for the objection(s).
