Woodshop Lane -Temporary Road Closure To Facilitate Renewal Of Water Apparatus
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE WOODSHOP LANE, SWARKESTONE
WHEN: 15 May to 17 May 2024 (08:00 to 17:00)
WHERE: Woodshop Lane, Swarkestone, Derby between its Jct. with Water Meadows and its Jct. with A514 Derby Road.
REASON: To facilitate renewal of water apparatus.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Woodshop Lane, A5132 Barrow Lane, A514 Derby Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
