What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D1088 WICLIF WAY, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed between Church Road and o/s No. 65 Wiclif Way.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 08.00hrs-17.00hrs, weekdays only.
Order Commences: 29 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 June 2024.
Access & Diversion: Church Road, B4112 Ansley Road, Wiclif Way and vice versa.
Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

SCHOOL HILL, HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to repair defect in the highway.
Order Commences: 27 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: School Hill, Coleshill Road, Chancery Lane, Camp Hill Road, Tuttle Hill, Mancetter Road, Atherstone Road, The Green, Castle Road, Church Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Wilkinsons Environmental, Tel: 02476 390 850.
TRENT ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. In addition, the one-way traffic flow on Trent Road and Saint Nicolas Road will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: To enable works for the installation of a new water supply.
Order Commences: 29 May 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 June 2024.
Access & Diversion: Weddington Road, Old Hinckley Road, St Nicolas Road, Oaston Road and vice versa.
Contractor: For STW, Network Plus & Go Traffic Management, Tel: 01158 965 832.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (COUNTRY PARKS) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2024
Warwickshire County Council has made the above-named Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to make provision as to the use of parking places within the Council’s Country Parks, as briefly outlined in the Schedule below. The Order commences on Monday 13 May 2024.
A copy of the Order, together with plans showing the locations of the parking places affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, and online on the Council’s website at https://countryparks.warwickshire.gov.uk/homepage/9/parking-and-permits
Any enquiries relating to the Order may be addressed to Graham Stanley, County Highways Minor Works, by email to pmc@warwickshire.gov.uk using the subject “Country Parks”.
Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
