1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:
(1) Althea Street, the north-east side, relocate the existing personalised disabled persons parking place to outside No. 34 Althea Street and install a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 36 Althea Street, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(2) Barclay Road, the north-east side, install an electric vehicles parking place outside Nos. 9 and 11 Barclay Road, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.
(3) Bishops Road, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place and extend the shared use parking place outside:
(a) No. 12 Bishops Road.
(b) No. 27 Bishops Road.
(c) Nos. 67 and 69 Bishops Road
(4) Bolingbroke Road, the north-west side, outside No. 42 Bolingbroke Road, install a personalised disabled persons parking place revoking the existing disabled persons parking place in this location.
(5) Broughton Road Approach,
(a) the north side, amend the existing single yellow line operational hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, at the side of No. 115a Wandsworth Bridge Road.
(b) the south side, extend the existing single yellow lines operation Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm along the whole side of Nos. 117 to 121 Wandsworth Bridge Road.
(6) Burlington Road, the north-east side, outside Nos. 71 Burlington Road, install a personalised disabled persons parking place revoking the existing disabled persons parking place in this location.
(7) Burnwaith Road,
(a) the south-east side, outside Nos. 24 and 26 Burnwaith Road, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place and extend the shared use parking place in this location.
(b) the north-west side, outside Nos. 9 and 11 Burnwaith Road, install a disabled persons parking place reducing the shared use parking place in this location.
(8) Cathnor Road, the south-west side, outside No. 17 Cathnor Road, install a disabled persons parking place revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(9) Carnwath Road, the north side, extend the existing double yellow line outside the eastern end of Nos. 1 to 68 Higham House, revoking a section of the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(10) Cassidy Road, both sides, convert the existing single yellow lines to double yellow line adjacent to and opposite the side of (the Medical Centre) No. 651a Fulham Road.
(11) Chesilton Road, the south-west side, install a personalised disabled persons parking place adjacent to No. 656 Fulham Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(12) Cromwell Grove,
(a) the north side, install no waiting restrictions (single yellow line) operating Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm at the side of No. 64 Shepherd’s Bush Road, revoking a section of the shared use parking place in this location.
(b) the south side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside No. 1c Cromwell Grove.
(13) Darlan Road,
(a) convert the existing single yellow lines to double yellow line outside and adjacent to No. 26 Darlan Road.
(b) convert the existing single yellow lines to double yellow line opposite the side of No. 26 and opposite No. 28 Darlan Road. (c) revoke the existing single yellow line outside Nos. 1 and 2 Darlan Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(14) Eddiscombe Road, both sides, amend the existing single yellow line operational hours to Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm at the sides of Nos. 96 and 100 New Kings Road.
(15) Epirus Mews, the south-west side, install no loading at any time double kerb blips at the sides of No. 5 Epirus Road and No. 9 Epirus Mews.
(16) Epirus Road,
(a) the north-west and north-east side, convert a section of the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside and at the side of No. 42 Epirus Road.
(b) the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines adjacent to No. 336 North End Road.
(17) Eustace Road, the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow lines to double yellow line outside Nos. 1 and 1a Eustace Road.
(18) Farm Lane,
(a) the south-east side, install a goods vehicles loading bay max stay 20min no return within 1 hour opposite the side of No. 17 Vanston Place.
(b) the south-west side, revoke the existing single yellow line outside Nos. 103 and 105 Farm Lane, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(c) the south-west side, extend the existing shared use parking place outside No. 109 Farm Lane, revoking the existing double yellow lines in this location.
(d) the south-west side, revoke the existing double yellow lines opposite No. 130 Farm Lane and the side of No. 29 Halford Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(e) the south-west side, extend the existing double yellow lines at the side of No. 27 Walham Grove.
(f) the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside No. 15 Farm Lane.
(19) Holberton Gardens, the north-west side, outside Nos. 19 Holberton Gardens, install a personalised disabled persons parking place revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(20) Holmead Road, the north-east side, outside Nos. 4 and 5 Holmead Road, install a personalised disabled persons parking place revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(21) Imperial Road, the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines opposites nos. 1 to 55 Charter House.
(22) Irene Road, the south-west side, revoke the existing no loading restrictions between the junctions with Crondace Road (west) and New Kings Road (West).
(23) Jervis Road, both sides, extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Lillie Road.
(24) Lakeside Road,
(a) the north-west side, install a disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 52 and 52a Lakeside Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(b) the south-east side, install a personalised disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 51/53 and 55/7 Lakeside Road, revoking the existing disabled persons parking place in this location.
(25) Letchford Mews, the north side, install,
(a) a motorcycle bay at the rear of No. 861 Harrow Road, No. 839 Harrow Road and No. 843 Harrow Road.
(b) a shared use parking place operating Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm max stay 8 hours, at the rear of Nos. 853 to 857, Nos. 847 and 849, No. 845 Harrow Road.
(c) a shared use parking place operating Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm max stay 8 hours, outside Nos. 2 to 4 Letchford Mews.
(d) a loading only bay max stay 20 minutes no return within 1 hour, at the rear of Nos. 843 and 845 Harrow Road.
(e) double yellow lines at all other lengths of the north side.
(26) Melrose Gardens,
(a) both sides, amend the existing single yellow lines operational hours to Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm at the sides of Nos. 82 and 84 Shepherd’s Bush Road.
(b) the south side, convert a section of the existing single yellow lines to shared use parking place outside Nos. 1a to 5 Melrose Gardens.
(27) Minford Gardens, the south side,
(a) convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines opposite No. 56 Minford Gardens.
(b) install double yellow lines opposite Nos. 22 and 24 Minford Gardens, revoking a section of the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(28) Munster Road, the south-west side, opposite Nos. 36 to 40 Munster Road, convert the existing limited no loading restrictions to no loading at any time restrictions.
(29) Musard Road, the south-west side, outside Nos. 73 and 75 Musard Road, revoke the existing electric vehicle parking place and extend the shared use parking place in this location.
(30) Netherwood Road, the north-west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside Nos. 17 and 17a Netherwood Road.
(31) North End Road, the south-west side, revoke the existing no loading restrictions at the junction with Chesson Road.
(32) Wendell Road, Yew Tree Road, Chancellors Road, Rigualt Road and Fulmead Street, to amend parking places so that secure parking places for pedal cycles are introduced
(33) Parsons Green,
(a) the north to south arm, the west side, outside Nos. 4 to 8 Parsons Green, convert the existing no loading restrictions to no loading at any time.
(b) the north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side, install no loading Monday to Saturday 8am to 9.30am and 4.30pm to 6.30pm opposite Nos, 1 to 7 Parsons Green.
(34) Peterborough Road, amend the existing single yellow line operational hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm,
(a) outside Nos. 81 and 83 Peterborough Road.
(b) opposite Nos. 87 to 91 Peterborough Road.
(c) opposite Nos. 95 to 101 Peterborough Road.
(35) Peterborough Road, the south-west side, amend the existing single yellow line operational hours to Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm,
(a) outside Nos. 46 to 52 Peterborough Road.
(b) opposite Nos. 54 to 60 Peterborough Road.
(36) Poplar Grove, the west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines outside No. 36 Polar Grove.
(37) Shepherd’s Bush Road,
(a) the north-east side, revoke the existing single yellow line outside Nos. 14 to 18 Granville Mansions, extending the existing double yellow lines in this location.
(b) the north-east side, amend the existing no loading restriction operational hours to Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm, outside Nos. 14 to 18 Granville Mansions and over the junction of Miller’s Way.
(c) the west side, relocate the existing payment parking place and single yellow lines from outside Nos. 50 to 58 to outside Nos. 56 to 62 Shepherds Bush Road.
(38) Sulgrave Road, the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines adjacent to No. 20 Shepherds Bush Road.
(39) Thaxton Road, the south side, revoke the existing no loading at any time restrictions at the junction with North End Road.
(40) Wellesley Avenue, the north side, outside Nos. 4 and 5 Wellesley Avenue, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(41) Wood Lane, the west side, convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines,
(a) Outside Nos. 119 to 147 Wood Lane.
(b) At the junction with Wood Crescent.
(c) Outside the Television Centre.
(42) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
