The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction)

(Fore Street, Kingskerswell) Order 2024 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/5/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 31/5/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Fore Street, Kingskerswell The Alternative, Signed, Route For Vehicles Will Be Via - Fore Street, Halls Lane, Barnhill Road, Newton Road, Water Lane, Fore Street - Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: replace 9.72m of old metallic gas mains with 9.72m of new plastic mains & renew/transfer service pipes to adjacent premises.

Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/5/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 17/5/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Church Street & Old Town Street, Dawlish The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Badlake Hill, Lower Meadow Rise, Meadow Rise, Longlands, Stockton Hill, Luscombe Terrace, Park Road, Hospital Hill, Queen Street, The Strand, Barton Hill, Barton Terrace, Barton Villas.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: excavate to lay duct.

(Road From Eagle Farm Junction To Ware Barton Junction, Kingsteignton) (No. 3) Order 2024 Temporary Speed Limits

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/5/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 24/5/24. Between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour on the length of road below

Roads affected – Road From Eagle Farm Junction To Ware Barton Junction, Kingsteignton, A380, Southbound Lane Below Lindridge Lane Bridge And Humber Lane Bridge.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A380 lane closure speed to be reduced to 40mph approaching and through the southbound lane 1 & 2 closures provisionally intending, convoy working throughout the shift to enable works over the boundary line between lanes 1&2, to slow traffic to below 15mph.

Alternatively, it has been discussed provisionally, to implement red light stop for 15 minutes at a time at various point of the shift to allow the works on the boundary line to be completed safely.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: removal of temporary combi safe protection to both humber lane over bridge and Lindridge Lane over bridge from below on the a380 to finalise bridge parapet replacement works.

Temporary 15 - 40Mph Speed Limit

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/5/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 24/5/24. Between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 40 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.

Roads affected - A380, Northbound Lane Below Humber Lane Bridge And Lindridge Lane Bridge, Kingsteignton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A380 lane closure speed to be reduced to 40mph approaching and through the 1 & 2 closures. provisionally intending, convoy working throughout the shift to enable works over the boundary line between lanes 1&2, to slow traffic to below 15mph.
