NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000237/24 - Installation of 6 solar panels to the front roof on the property (south side) and installation of a 6KW heat pump at 2, Church Terrace, Rhes-Y-Cae, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building and also a Public Right of Way).

DET/000253/24 - Application for approval of details reserved by condition No. 3-10, Planning Ref :057770 at the Still House, Well Street, Trelawnyd. (This application affects the special character of a Listed Building).

Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 Garden City

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Bridge View, between its junctions with Sealand Avenue and Farm Road, Garden City in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate gas mains replacement works with associated works by Wales and West Utilities. The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The Order comes into force on the 7 May 2024. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 3 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

B5444 Wrexham Road, Mold Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th April 2024, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which is to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce:-1. 'No Waiting at Any Time restrictions'

a. On both sides of the B5444 Wrexham Road junction, with the Mold Alun High School Campus.

b. On both sides of the service road to the Mold Alun High School Campus with its junction to the B5444 Wrexham Road.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
