The County of Cornwall (Access To Lower Trewellard, Trewellard, Pendeen) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Pendeen. This prohibition is necessary for fbre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2024 to 24th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Access To Lower Trewellard, Pendeen between the grid references SW37375 33808 and SW37446 33786 and the property named Little Meadow.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Madron. This prohibition is necessary for general manhole repairs and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th May 2024 to 25th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekends included.
Road afected - B3312 Between Fore Street Madron And Heamoor, Madron between the junction of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Lelant Downs. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st May 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road afected - Brunnion Road, Lelant Downs from junction on Wheal Kitty Road to junction on Ninnesbridge Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2024 to 4th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road afected - Chywoone Hill, Newlyn between the junctions of Jack Lane and Kenstella Road.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th June 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1630, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new customer service and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th May 2024 to 17th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2300 and 0430, weekdays only.
Road afected - Fish Street, St Ives from junction on The Wharf heading north eastwards for approximately 12 metres.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 6th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Madron. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 31st May 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Fore Street, Aldreath Road and Kennel Lane for their entire lengths, Church Road between the junction of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn and B3312 Between Fore Street Madron and Heamoor between the junctions of Church Road and Bellair Road, Madron.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th May 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the efect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specifed on the undermentioned lengths of road in Madron. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Fore Street, Aldreath Road and Kennel Lane for their entire lengths, Church Road between the junction of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn and B3312 Between Fore Street Madron and Heamoor between the junctions of Church Road and Bellair Road, Madron.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700,weekdays only.
