What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(ROAD FROM MONEY ACRE TO NETHERTON LODGE,

ROAD FROM CHURCH GREEN CROSS TO WHITLEY GRANGE, FARWAY) ORDER 2024

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.

From 27/5/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 14/6/24.

Between the hours of 09:30 & 15:30

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Road from Money Acre to Netherton Lodge, road from Church Green Cross to Whitley Grange, Farway.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Road from Budlake Cross to Annings - road heading southwest from Farway Cross - road past Farway Countryside Park - road from Farway Common Cross to Roncombe Gate - road from Farway Cross to Farway Common Cross - road from Money Acre Cross to Farway Common Cross - road from Money Acre to Netherton Lodge - Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Road Closure Required for Jetting & Tree Cutting.
