What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To remove existing parking restrictions and introduce a No Waiting at any time and No Loading at any time restriction on a length of COLMORE ROW.

2. To remove existing parking restrictions and introduce a No Waiting at any time and No Loading 11am - 11pm restriction on lengths of COLMORE ROW and WATERLOO STREET.

3. To introduce a Pedestrian and Cycle Zone except for loading 11pm-11am restriction on lengths of COLMORE ROW and WATERLOO STREET.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 23rd May 2024.
