(TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council has made an Order to prohibit the use of Alnwick Town Public Footpath No 39, in the County of Northumberland.
The route is described as follows:
From a point 70 metres west of Greensfield Farm in general south-easterly direction for a distance of 115 metres to a point immediately west of number 10 Draper Close.
There is an alternative route available from a point 70 metres west of Greensfield Farm in general southerly and south-easterly direction for a distance of 110 metres to a point immediately west of number 10 Draper Close.
The Order is to be effective from the 6th May 2024 until the 6th November 2024.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland Estates in the interests of public safety to enable the construction of a housing development.
