THE COUNTY OF THE WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE (AREA 3)
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 13 BAWTRY
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2024
The above order, made on 1st day of May 2024, if confirmed as made, will modify the
definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from Tickhill
Road at the north-western corner of Menagerie Wood at grid reference SK 6448
9312 and proceeding in a generally south-easterly direction through the wood to the
bend on Park Road close to the junction with Westwood Road at grid reference SK
6463 9295.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at City of
Doncaster Council, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU, from 9.00 a.m. to
4.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there
at the price of £10.00. A copy of the order and map may be viewed on City of
Doncaster Council’s website at https://www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/culture-
leisure-tourism/proposed-map-changes
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the
Assistant Director of Legal and Democratic Services, City of Doncaster Council, Civic
Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU quoting reference KM/95651 not later than
the 16th day of June 2024, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on
which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are
withdrawn, the City of Doncaster Council, instead of submitting the order to the
Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the
Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have
not been withdrawn will be sent with it. (PO363)
