Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2003 Bromsgrove Road, Clent) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2003 Bromsgrove Road from its junction with U20407 Summerfield Road to its junction with C2002 Church Avenue.
Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U20407 Summerfield Road, C2003 Belbroughton Road, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days. Commencing: 27 May 2024.
(C2076 The Holloway, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2076 The Holloway from its junction with U41518 Charles Henry Road to its junction with U41521 Elizabeth Avenue.
Reason: Replacement of electricity cable by National Grid Electricity Distribution.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2076 The Holloway, U41400 Tagwell Road, B4090 Worcester Road, B4090 Salt Way, B4090 Hanbury Street, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 28 May 2024.
(U41544 St Andrews Street, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U41544 St Andrews Street from its junction with U41531 Friar Street to its junction with U41543 St Andrews Road.
Reason: Hydrant renewal by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41531 Friar Street, U41535 Priory Lane, B4090 Saltway, U41538 Colman Road, U41538 Ombersley Street East, U41539 Victoria Square and U41543 St Andrews Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 5 May 2024.
(U20475 Field Lane, Clent) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U20475 Field Lane from its junction with C2003 Bromsgrove Road to its junction with A491 Stourbridge Road.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion Southbound: A491 Stourbridge Road, C2163 Walton Pool Lane, C2163 Odnall Lane, C2163 Woodman Lane and C2003 Bromsgrove Road.
Diversion Northbound: C2003 Bromsgrove Road, A456 Kidderminster Road and A491 Stourbridge Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 May 2024.
(U21537 Hinton Fields, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U21537 Hinton Fields from its junction with C2062 Rocky Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2062 Rocky Lane, B4091 Stourbridge Road, U21537 Hinton Fields and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 2 May 2024.
(U21007 Deansway, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U21007 Deansway from its junction with U21000 Whitford Road to its junction with U21008 Buckfast Close.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by M.V. Kelly Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U21000 Whitford Road, U21000 Fox Lane, B4091 Rock Hill, B4091 Worcester Road, B4091 Hanover Street, A448 Kidderminster Road, U21000 Whitford Road and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of U41740 Paddock Way from its junction with U41720 Westwood Road to its junction with U41742 Crofters Way.
Reason: To facilitate works vehicles working on the link footpath (adjacent no.1-17) by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41720 Westwood Road, U41742 Crofters Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 8 May 2024.
(U41520 Rose Avenue, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U41520 Rose Avenue from its junction with U41518 Charles Henry Road to its junction with U41514 St Peters Crescent.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41518 Charles Henry Road, U41517 Winslow Avenue, U41513 Mayflower Road, U41514 St Peters Crescent and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days. Commencing: 13 May 2024.
