Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th May 2024 to 17th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Park Road, Wadebridge from junction of Whiterock Road to No 2 Park Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb Road. This prohibition is necessary for cleaning of SWW sewer pipes and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th May 2024 to 29th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads afected - Newquay Road, Road From Parka Road To A39 Halloon Roundabout, Station Approach, Station Road, St Columb Road from Halloon Roundabout to St Columb Road Industrial Workshops.

This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th May 2024 to 17th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair defective covers and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th May 2024 to 15th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road afected - Ranelagh Road, St Austell from near No 39 to near No 45.

Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Trafc Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th April 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Bilberry Road From Rayleside Farm To Bilberry House, Bugle from Rayleside Farm to property known as St Marys. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the highway to carry out works to protect road users from hole in carriageway.
The Order will come into operation on 26th April 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 1st August 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 5th April 2024 for a period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th May 2024 for one day.
