THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (A832 MUIR OF ORD-MOY BRIDGE ROAD AT MOY BRIDGE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council has made an Order in terms of Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, entitled as above. The Order has been made to allow the inspection of Moy Bridge to be carried out safely.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit access by all vehicular traffic and pedestrians to a section of the A832 Muir of Ord-Moy Bridge Road at Moy Bridge from its junction of the A835(T) Road extending southwards towards Marybank, a distance of 150 metres or thereby.
An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be available via the A862 Muir of Ord – Maryburgh Roundabout Road-A835(T) Road from Maryburgh roundabout to Contin and this will be signed.
The Order will come into force at 0930 hrs on Tuesday 14th May 2024 and will remain in effect until 1700 hrs on Wednesday 15th May 2024.
