(Hen Heol Henffordd, Pantygelli, Sir Fynwy) Hysbysiad Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro 2024

Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 1af Mai 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd i’r gwaith cael ei gwblhau rhwng 1af Mai 2024 a’r 3ydd Mai 2024.

Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu Dŵr Cymru i wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.

Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o Hen Heol Henffordd, Pantygelli, Sir Fynwy, ~0.70km o’r gyffordd â’r R4 (Great Gott i Bantygelli) am ~275m.

Roedd yna lwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: R4 (Great Gott i Bantygelli), R4 Fferm Middle Bettws i Great Gott, R4 Fferm Pont Esgob i Fferm Middle Bettws, Heol y Cwm Road, R1 Llanfihangel Crucornau i Frynarw ac i’r gwrthwyneb.

Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Hen Heol Henffordd, Pantygelli, Sir Fynwy, 2024.

Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2024

Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Order came into operation on the 1st May 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 1st May 2024 and 3rd May 2024.

The order was necessary for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of Old Hereford Road,Pantygelli, Monmouthshire, ~0.70km from its junction with R4 (Great Gott to Pantygelli) for ~275m.

A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- R4 (Great Gott to Pantygelli), R4 Middle Bettws Farm to Great Gott, R4 Pont Esgob Farm to Middle Bettws Farm, Cwm Road, R1 Llanfihangel Crucorney to Brynarw and vice versa.

This order may be cited as the Old Hereford Road, Pantygelli, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024

By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
