The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being A387 Between Bake Lane And The A374, Trerulefoot for its entire length.

It is further given that Cornwall Council makes this Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40MPH over an area of highway being A374 Between Milladon Lane And Access To Trewin House between the junction of Milladon Lane and grid reference SX 34595 56940 for approximately 1603 metres.

It is further given that Cornwall Council makes this Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 10MPH over an area of highway being A374 Between Milladon Lane And Access To Trewin House between the junction of Milladon Lane and grid reference SX 34595 56940 for approximately 1603 metres.

The restrictions are necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that closure and temporary speed restrictions will remain in force from 7th May 2024 to 10th May 2024. The restrictions will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Callington Road To New Houses, Harrowbarrow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Callington Road To New Houses, Harrowbarrow between grid references SX 40174 69156 and SX 40360 68959.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Cargreen. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Church Lane, Cargreen for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Cleer. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Dela mere To Junction North Of AA Service Centre, St Cleer between grid reference SX 22709 65188 and property known as Highwood Farmhouse.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Drakewalls. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Delaware Road, Drakewalls between properties known as Francara and Drakewalls House and Legion Hall Lane, Drakewalls between the junctions of the A390 and Chequer Tree Court.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Stephens. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Geraldine Terrace and Road From Geraldine Terrace To Junction West Of The Old Mill, St Stephens for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of roads in Hatt. This prohibition is necessary for HV cable overlay works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 24th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Burraton Coombe. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th May 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Langlands Lane, Burraton Coombe between the junctions of Meadowsweet Park and Fairmead Road.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Grenville Road, Lostwithiel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lostwithiel. This prohibition is necessary for Network Rail works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th May 2024 to 19th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2300 and 0800, weekends included.

Road affected - Grenville Road, Lostwithiel over the whole length of the Level Crossing.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Torpoint. This prohibition is necessary for works to demolish the Police Station and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 19th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Macey Street, Torpoint between the junction of Fore Street and the Library.

This prohibition is necessary for tree surgery works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2024 to 13th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Molenick Lane, Tideford for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new water service and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 24th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Monmouth Lane, Lostwithiel between No 3 and No 8.
