Bethcar Street - Prohibition Of Traffic For Works
What is happening?
(CEFN 42-66 STRYD BETHCAR, GLYNEBWY) GORCHYMYN
(GWAHARDD TRAFFIG DROS DRO) 2019
Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeisdref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd cefn 42- 66 Stryd Bethcar, Glynebwy.
Y ffordd amgen yw’r A4046 i Tredegar Gap, Stryd Rees, Stryd Iago a Stryd Bethcar.
Bydd mynediad i breswylwyr a cherbydau brys yn cael ei gynnal cyn belled ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol.
Daw’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig i rym ar 8fed Mai 2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym tan 9fed Mai 2024 neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf.
Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent yn cadw’r hawl i ymestyn y Gorchymyn hwn, os oes angen, i gwblhau’r gwaith sy’n cael ei wneud os bydd y gwaith hwnnw’n gor-redeg. Ni fydd cyfnod yr estyniad yn fwy na deunaw mis o ddyddiad cychwyn y Gorchymyn.
