Footpath No. 2 & 3, South Molton - Road Closure to Enable Construction Work to Be Carried Out

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NO. 2 & 3, SOUTH MOLTON) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From: Thursday 9th May 2024 To: Saturday, 9th November 2024

No persons shall proceed on the sections of the affected paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of path.

Public rights of way affected: Footpath No. 2 & 3, South Molton from Deerhill Lane heading south towards Gunswell Lane. The alternative route is via a field diversion from Gunswell Lane.

The closure is to enable construction work to be carried out. Further information may be obtained by contacting Public Rights of Way on 0345 155 1004.
