Muirend Road, Portlethen - Temporary One Way Order
What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
PORTLETHEN – TEMPORARY ONE-WAY
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Muirend Road, Portlethen – 29.04.24) (Temporary OneWay Traffic System) Order, 2024” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 29.04.24 for 120 days and will introduce a one-way traffic system in Portlethen on a phased basis as follows:
MUIREND ROAD
PHASE 1
Between Cookston Road Roundabout and Retail Roundabout – South Side Only
PHASE 2
Between Retail Roundabout until A90 Slip Road Roundabout – South Side Only
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during construction of shared footway/cycleway works.
