Beechcroft Gardens, (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (as amended) BEECHCROFT GARDENS (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate service of relay short pipe and associated works in Beechcroft Gardens, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit:-

(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Beechcroft Gardens, which lies between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 63 and 65 Beechcroft Gardens and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 70 and 72 Beechcroft Gardens;

(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north­western footway of Beechcroft Gardens, which lies between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 65 and 67 Beechcroft Gardens and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 67 and 69 Beechcroft Gardens, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed. The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 20th May 2024 and 22nd May 2024 inclusive or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Beechcroft Gardens would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
