TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 490038 GREENWAY LANE (CHARLTON KINGS PARISH) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 490038 Greenway Lane from approximately 250 metres from its junction with Harp Hill for a distance of approximately 25 metres.
The reason for the closure is for water apparatus installation and maintenance works. The said road is expected to be closed from 29th April 2024 until 3rd May 2024 only.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C85 MANOR ROAD (SWINDON PARISH) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C85 Manor Road from its junction with MacKenzie Way to its junction with Runnings Road for a distance of 230 metres approximately.
The reason for the closure is for roundabout installation works as part of a new housing development.
The said road is expected to be closed from 29th April 2024 until 23rd August 2024 only.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF C91 WINCHCOMBE ROAD (GRETTON PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C91 Winchcombe Road from outside the property known as The Royal Oak to the junction with the road to the property known as Gretton Hill Farm for a total distance of approximately 320 metres.
The reason for the intended closure is for water connection and installation works.

The reason for the closure is for pole replacement.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 485531 Robert Raikes Avenue from its junction with Gurney Avenue to its junction with Seventh Avenue for a distance of approximately 163 metres.
The reason for the closure is for Telecommunications works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 484034 NINE ELMS ROAD (ELMBRIDGE WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 484034 Nine Elms Road from its junction with Cheltenham Road to its junction with Orchard Road for a distance of approximately 125 metres.
The reason for the closure is for New Water Connection
The said road is expected to be closed between the hours of 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs from 27th April 2024 to 28th April 2024 only or until the said works have been completed.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (REVOCATION OF 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) (INNSWORTH LANE) (PARISH OF INNSWORTH) (TEWKESBURY BOROUGH & GLOUCESTER CITY) ORDER 2024
The Gloucestershire County Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 82 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and Parts II and IV of Schedule 9 of the Act and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of that Schedule has made the above-named order the effect of which will be:
1) To revoke Schedule 1 of the GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (INNSWORTH LANE AND LONGFORD LANE, GLOUCESTER) (IMPOSITION OF 30MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 1995
2) To introduce a 30mph Speed Limit by virtue of street lighting on Innsworth Lane (C80) From a point 135m north of the centre line of its junction with Brionne Way (484027) for a distance of 1187m in a generally easterly direction.
The lengths of roads fall within the Parish of Innsworth within the Tewkesbury Borough and the City of Gloucester within the County of Gloucestershire.
The Order shall come into effect on 29th April 2024

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH EWH28 AND PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS EWH6, EWH7, EWH8 (WHITMINSTER AND MORETON VALENCE PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of the Public Footpaths as described in the Schedule below;
SCHEDULE
Part Public Footpath EWH 6 at a point approximately 60 metres south east from its junction with Public Bridleway EWH 4 extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 272 metres to its junction with EWH 7
Part of Public Footpath EWH 7 from its junction with Public Bridleway EWH 4 at extending in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 613 metres to its junction with Whitminster Lane
Part Public Footpath EWH 8 from its junction with EWH 7 extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 262 metres. Public Footpath EWH 28 from its junction with Whitminster Lane extending in a generally southwest and western direction to its junction with Public Footpath EWH 22
The paths fall within the Parishes of Whitminster and Moreton Valence in the Stroud District, Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to protect the public while construction works relating to Planning Application S.21/0465/FUL are carried out.
The Order will come into force on the 13th May 2024, and it is anticipated that the footpath will close on that day until 13th November 2024. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

The reason for the closure is works on behalf of Openreach.
