Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Chacewater. This prohibition is necessary for new road construction works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 8th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads afected - A390 Between Rosewinnick Cottage And Junction At West Langarth Farm, Penstraze, Chacewater between the property named Gwel Teg and grid reference SW76329 45874 and A390 Between Junction At West Langarth Farm And Roundabout At Threemilestone, Threemilestone for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 22nd May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
