The County of Cornwall (B3312 Between Fore Street Madron And Heamoor, Madron) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Madron. This prohibition is necessary for general manhole repairs and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th May 2024 to 25th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekends included.
Road affected - B3312 Between Fore Street Madron And Heamoor, Madron between the junctions of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn.

The County of Cornwall (Brook Street, Chapel Street and South Cliff, Mousehole) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mousehole. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th May 2024 to 9th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Brook Street, Mousehole and South Cliff, Mousehole for their entire lengths and Chapel Street, Mousehole between the junctions of Brook Street and Portland Place.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lelant Downs. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st May 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Brunnion Road, Lelant Downs from junction on Wheal Kitty Road to junction on Ninnesbridge Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new customer service and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th May 2024 to 17th May 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2300 and 0430, weekdays only.
Road affected - Fish Street, St Ives from junction on The Wharf heading north eastwards for approximately 12 metres.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Madron. This prohibition is necessary for carriageway resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2024 to 31st May 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Fore Street, Aldreath Road and Kennel Lane for their entire lengths, Church Road between the junction of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn and 83312 Between Fore Street Madron and Heamoor between the junctions of Church Road and Bellair Road, Madron.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Madron. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Fore Street, Aldreath Road and Kennel Lane for their entire lengths, Church Road between the junction of Fore Street and the King William IV Inn and 83312 Between Fore Street Madron and Heamoor between the junctions of Church Road and Bellair Road, Madron.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700,weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th May 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0700 and 1900, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd April 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Just. This prohibition is necessary for installation of infrastructure for fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2024 to 24th May 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Queen Street, St Just for its entire length.
