What is happening?

CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL
of road that comprises of the railway level crossing area on
Norton Common Road at Norton in the City of Doncaster
District and suspend the 7.5 tonnes weight restriction as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works for annual level crossing maintenance
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Station Road, High Street, West
End Road, Ryecroft Road, Churchfield Road, Campsall Road,
Selby Road, Norton Common Road and vice versa.

will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that section

are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Station Road, High Street,

Fordstead Lane, Fordstead Lane from Thorpe Bank to Marsh
Lane, Thorpe Bank, Marsh Road, Moss Lane, Trumfleet Lane,
Moss Road and vice versa.

will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of

frames are undertaken.

ACT 1991
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in that length of Ings Road at Bentley in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst dropped crossing works are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Cromwell Road, Yarborough
Terrace and vice versa. Those residents and businesses
directly affected by the works are to be notified of the scheme
to include access arrangements.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986. 
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
