What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Spenlow Close) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.49) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 7th May 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
SPENLOW CLOSE
Outside No. 19 to No. 13 on both sides
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate CityFibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 7th May 2024 to 14th May 2024 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
