What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
DARTFORD AREA
A206 CROSSWAYS BOULEVARD, B2228 COTTON LANE & MORGAN DRIVE, STONE/GREENHITHE, DA2 6NW (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of the removal of overhead HV lines, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of A206 Crossways Boulevard, B2228 Cotton Lane and Morgan Drive, Stone/Greenhithe.
30th June 2024 for 1 day:
A206 Crossways Boulevard will be closed southbound between Masthead Close and B2228 Cotton Lane. Closures will be for a maximum of 10 minutes per hour.
B2228 Cotton Lane will be closed from A206 Crossways Boulevard for 550 metres. Closures will be for a maximum of 10 minutes per hour.
28th April 2024 and 5th May 2024:
Morgan Drive will be closed from junction with Louvain Road to the dead end. Access will be maintained when safe to do so. Closures will be for a maximum of 10 minutes per hour.
The alternative route for A206 Crossways Boulevard is via A206 Crossways Boulevard, A206 St Clements Way, A226 London Road/The Brent/East Hill/Home Gardens, Hythe Street, A2026 Victoria Road/Burnham Road, A206 Bob Dunn Way/Littlebrook Interchange.
The alternative route for B2228 Cotton Lane is via A206 Crossways Boulevard/St Clements Way, A226 London Road, B2228 Cotton Lane and vice versa.
DALE ROAD, SOUTHFLEET. DA13 9LH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of water mains replacement, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Dale Road, Southfleet, on or after 14th May 2024 for up to 58 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between B262 Station Road and Dale Hill.
The alternative route is via Dale Road, B262 Station Road, New Barn Road, B260 Main Road, B255 Whitehill Road, Hook Green Road and vice versa.
GREENWOOD ROAD, BANKSIDE CLOSE & SPURRELL AVENUE, BEXLEY. DA5 2ET (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of water mains replacement, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on Greenwood Road, Bankside Close and Spurrell Avenue, Bexley.
Greenwood Road will be closed for the entire length - 19 May 2024 - 14 July 2024 (Access maintained for residents where possible)
Bankside Close will be closed for the entire length - 17 June 2024 - 29 July 2024 (Access maintained for residents where possible)
Spurrell Avenue will be closed from Greenwood Road to Bankside Close - 14 July 2024 - 18 August 2024 (Access maintained for residents where possible)
The alternative route for Greenwood Road is via Spurrell Avenue, Joydens Wood Road, Summerhouse Drive and vice versa.
There is no alternative route for Bankside Close. Access to be maintained for residents when safe to do so.
The alternative route for Spurrell Avenue is via Joydens Wood Road, Summerhouse Drive, Spurrell Avenue and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
INGRESS PARK AVENUE, GREENHITHE, DA9 9GP (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of the installation of new signs and road markings, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Ingress Park Avenue, Greenhithe, on or after 5th May 2024 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Calcroft Avenue and Watermans Way.
The alternative route is via Ingress Park Avenue, Tiltman Avenue, A226 London Road and vice versa.
RED STREET & WARREN ROAD, SOUTHFLEET DA13 9QG(6’6’’ WIDTH RESTRICTION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow water main replacement works being undertaken on Dale Road, Southfleet, Kent County Council intends to make an Order for temporary 6’6’’ width restrictions to be installed on Red Street and Warren Road, Southfleet on or after 14th May 2024 for up to 58 days or until the works have been completed.
The restrictions will apply on both roads, in both directions.
