What is happening?

Manchester City Council
Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council
proposes to make the following Orders under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and affect of the
Orders will be as follows City Of Manchester (Deepdale
Avenue, Deighton Avenue And Mauldeth Road West,
Old Moat) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Loading And
Unloading) Order 2024
Proposed No Waiting at any Time on: Deepdale Ave - both
sides for its entire length. Deighton Ave - both sides from
its junction with Deepdale Avenue in a southerly direction
for a distance of 10 metres. Both sides from its junction
with Mauldeth Road West in a northerly direction for a
distance of 10 metres. Mauldeth Rd West - the north side
from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Deighton
Avenue in a westerly direction to a point 10 metres west of
its junction with Deighton Avenue
Proposed No Loading/Unloading At Any Time on:
Deepdale Ave - the south side from a point 10 metres east
of its junction with Deighton Avenue in a westerly direction
to a point 10 metres west of its junction with Deighton
Avenue. Deighton Ave - both sides from its junction with
Mauldeth Road West in a northerly direction for a distance
of 10 metres. Both sides from its junction with Deepdale
Avenue in a southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres.
Mauldeth Rd West - the north side from a point 10 metres
east of its junction with Deighton Avenue in a westerly
direction to a point 10 metres west of its junction with
Deighton Avenue.

(20MPH Speed Limit) Order 2024 Proposed 20MPH
Speed Limit on:
Deepdale Ave - For its entire length. Copies of the
proposed Orders together with the plans showing the
proposals may be inspected at Customer Service Centre
Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat.
Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9.00am and
4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Due to Covid
19 restrictions please ensure that the Contact Centre is
open before attending. If it is closed or you are unable
to attend, a copy of the plan may be requested (without
payment) by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or
writing to the address at the end of this notice Objections
to the proposals must be sent to me in writing to phlegal@
manchester.gov.uk or the address below, stating the
grounds on which they are made, no later than 13th May
2024.
