Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close the
401204 Back Edge Lane from its junction with Edge Lane to outside of the property known as
‘Edge Lane House’ for a total distance of 35 metres approximately
The reason for the closure is for safety during pole replacement.
The said road is expected to be closed between 08:30hrs and 14:30hrs on the 22nd April 2024

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C65 Forge Lane from its
junction with Blackwells End to its junction with Middletown Lane for a distance of approximately
805 metres.
The reason for the closure is for safe access during pole testing works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30 and 15:30 on the 19th April 2024 only

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF C350 CHELTENHAM ROAD

1. The 2017 Order will be varied by the attachment of plans similar to those used in this
consultation and which identify the roads or sides of road to which the prohibitions and
restrictions of waiting, loading and parking places affect.
2. This Variation shall come into operation on 25th April 2024 and may be cited as the
“GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ON STREET PARKING ORDER 2017
(BARNWOOD LINK ROAD) (GLOUCESTER CITY) (VARIATION) ORDER 2024”
The lengths of roads fall within the Barnwood Ward in the City of Gloucester within the County
of Gloucestershire. The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority

The reason for the closures are for works by Severn Trent Ltd.
The roads are expected to be closed at various times on a rolling programme commencing
7th May 2024 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH ETW6
(TWIGWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the order to close
temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended)
part of Public Footpath ETW6 from its junction with the A38 extending in a generally southerly
direction for a distance of approximately 220 metres to a point 65 metres north of Orchard Park
(Caravan Site).
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works take place.
The Order came into force on 13th April 2020 and it was then anticipated that the public right of
way would close on that day until 13th October 2020. As works were not completed, the Order
was extended by the Secretary of State for Transport until 13th October 2022 and subsequently
until 13th April 2024. As the works are still not completed, The Secretary of State now grants a
further extension until 13th April 2025 or until the works have been completed, whichever is
