CHESTERFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CHESTERFIELD MODIFICATION ORDER, 2024

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Chesterfield Borough Council, in accordance with Section 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made the following order:

Chesterfield Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Chesterfield Modification Order, 2024.

The order comes into effect on 22 nd April 2024. It updates and modifies the Chesterfield Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Order, 2014 (as amended) by adding Station Approach Car Park.

A copy of the 2024 Order, supporting documents, plans and statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the Customer Services Centre, Town Hall, Chesterfield on any weekday during normal office hours and on the Council’s website www.chesterfield.gov.uk.
