(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (Road closure for gas mains replacement) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Victoria Street, Allerton Bywater, Leeds in the Kippax & Methley Ward between its junctions with Victoria Street and Main Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Victoria Street, Station Road, Main Street and vice versa. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 22nd April 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Friday 3rd May 2024. The closure will be in place 24 hrs on each day. G Pugh. Ref: RC304137.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near Flax Place Leeds City Council made an Order the effect of which will be to: Temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction with the exemption of permit holders along the southern side of Mill Street, Richmond Hill, Leeds in the Burmantofts Richmond Hill Ward, from a point 7m east of its junction with eastern kerb line of Cotton Street in an easterly direction for a distance of 42m. No person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to be parked within the aforementioned section of Mill Street unless the vehicle is displaying a valid permit that has been issued and

The Order shall come into operation subject to weather conditions permitting between Saturday 20th April 2024 and Saturday 31st August 2024.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order, because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public (holding of the above event) the effect of which is to introduce the following traffic restrictions during the event dates and times listed in the Schedule below. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or park in the
following locations, at any time when coning is in place: 1. Park View Crescent (adjacent to the park perimeter); from Junction of Street Lane to the junction of Park Lane 2. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Council of the City of Leeds intends in no less than seven days to make the following Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – the Leeds City Council (Horsforth Funfair) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a – Prohibition of Waiting by Vehicles, 11am – 10pm on: Hall
Lane: North side between Fink Hill and West End Lane. The prohibition will be in effect from 25 April to 7 May 2024. The prohibition is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public on an adjacent road due to the holding of the Fun Fair, which will increase vehicle and pedestrian numbers in the vicinity of the event. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District has made the Leeds City Council (St George’s Day Parade and Street Fair, Morley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the use of certain roads/road junctions by
vehicles as set out in the Schedule below, to facilitate the holding of the Morley St George’s Day Parade and Street Fair, on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April 2024. Where necessary local diversions will be in operation and signed as appropriate. The Order will not at any time prevent access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the Order

Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders which come into force on 22nd April 2024 is to introduce: 1. 20 MPH Speed Limit on: the entire length of Anderson Approach Road.
A copy of the Order together with plans showing the affected sections of highway may be obtained by e-mailing legal.development@leeds.gov.uk. if you wish to object to question the validity of an Order or any provision contained within it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the
Act or any instrument made under the Act has not be complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
