Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County Of Wiltshire (Hitchings And Matildas Piece, Cricklade) (20mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that on 10 April 2024 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Hitchings and Matildas Piece, Cricklade - the complete lengths. A copy of the Order can be obtained via email request to TrafficOrders@wiltshire.gov.uk. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Parishes of North Wiltshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2018 (with amendments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11), to re-enact it in the above Order and to introduce the following; To introduce Electric vehicle recharging point only 8am-6pm Max stay 4 hours No return within 2 hours on High Street, Sherston - west side - from a point 5 metres south from its junction with Court Street, for a distance of 20.4 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Wiltshire Council Parish Of Lyneham Path 30 (Part) Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2024
The above order, made on 5 April 2024, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Lyneham Path 30 over the land situate at Preston East Farm, Preston, in the parish of Lyneham, leading from at OSGR SU 0337-7808 in a broadly north north westerly direction for approximately 48m to OSGR SU 0336-7813, to a new route at OSGR SU 0337-7808, in a broadly north easterly direction for approximately 37m to OSGR SU 0339-7811, having a width of 2m. And thereupon the Cricklade and Wootton Bassett Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.
