Reason: Utility works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U42403 Church Lane (part), C2076 Plough Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 14 May 2024.
(B4636 Woodgreen Drive to Nunnery Way, Warndon) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4636 Woodgreen Drive to Nunnery Way from its junction with A4440 Nunnery Way to its junction with B4638 Woodgreen Drive.
Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4638 Woodgreen Drive, B4639 Berkley Way, A4440 Parsonage Way, A4440 Trotshill Way, A4440 Grange Way and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights between 22 April 2024 and 3 May 2024.

Order made: To close that part of A4440 Grove Way from its junction with A44 Bromyard Road roundabout to its junction with A4440 Bransford Road roundabout.

Order made: To close that part of A4440 Hams Way from its junction with A4440 Rushwick roundabout to its junction with A4440 Powick/ Hams roundabout.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Malvern Road, B4206 Malvern Road, B4485 Bransford Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (19:00-06:00) between 22 April 2024 and 3 May 2024.
(C2065 Lulsley to Knightwick Road, Alfrick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2065 Lulsley to Knightwick Road from its junction with C2279 Hill Road for a distance of 200 metres in a Southerly direction.
Reason: Overhead works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2065 Lulsley to Knightwick Road, C2065 Knightwick Road, C2233 Alfrick, C2244 Workhouse Bank, C2244 Crews Hill, C2244 Suckley, C2070 Suckley Road, C2065 Lulsley and vice versa.

(U51024 May field Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and Worcestershire County Council (Mayfield Road, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2002 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U51024 Mayfield Road from its junction with U51025 Church Road to its junction with B4550 Astwood Road and to temporarily suspend Worcestershire County Council (Mayfield Road, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2002 to allow access to frontages for residents.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by Four Shires Contracting Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 10 May 2024 and 5 June 2024.
(U53100 Farrier Street/B4205 Shaw Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 (Temporary Suspension (part)) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: U53100 Farrier Street from its junction with A449 Castle Street to its junction with B4205 Shaw Street. Closure 2: B4205 Shaw Street from its junction with U53100 Farrier Street for a distance of 12 metres to its junction with A38 Foregate Street and to temporarily (part) suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 to enable two-way traffic on B4205 The Butts to allow access to residents and businesses for the duration of the works.

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2203 Church Lane from its junction with A4104 Baughton to its junction with U60411 Quay Lane.
Reason: Drainage Work/Flood Alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2203 Quay Lane, C2105 Dunstall, A4104 Baughton Hill, A4104 Baughton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 13 May 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Bridleway RW-507, Rushwick) (Temporary Closure Order) 2024
Order made: To close Bridleway RW-507, Rushwick for its entire length.
The Order has been made for resurfacing the path.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: There is no alternative route.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 22 April 2024.
