Public Notices for Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
The following public notices shall be served on Thursday 18 April 2024:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends, to
make the following traffic regulation Orders under Section 14(1), 14(4) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
PUBLIC NOTICE 1:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (HANSLOPE PARK ROAD,
HANSLOPE) (TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2024
(Reference: TTRO-1958)
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from
proceeding along the following part of road at a speed in excess of 40mph
whilst Galliford Try carry out construction and development works at Hanslope
Park.
Hanslope Park Road, Hanslope – From its junction with Tathall End to its
junction with Park Road.
The above restriction will take effect between 29 April 2024 and 25 March
2025 (24 Hours) or until the said works have been completed, whichever is
the sooner.
The following public notices shall be served on Thursday 18 April 2024:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 16 April
2024 made the following temporary traffic regulation Orders under Section
14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
PUBLIC NOTICE 2:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (HOILDEN AVENUE (PART), OXLEY
PARK) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 (Reference: TTRO-1922)
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily close Holden Avenue,
Oxley Park – from its junction with Sinatra Drive for a distance of 50 metres in
a westerly direction. Whilst the above closure is in place the alternative route
will be via Tattenhoe Street, Childs Way, Hepburn Crescent, Fonda Meadows
and Milland Way (and vice versa). to allow DTC Construction to construct a
new sewer connection.
The above closure will take effect between 22 April 2024 and 20 May 2024
(24 Hours) or until the said works have been completed, whichever is the
sooner.
PUBLIC NOTICE 3:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (STREATHAM PLACE, BRADWELL
COMMON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 (Reference: TTRO1966)
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily close Streatham Place,
Bradwell Common – From its junction with Bradwell Common Boulevard to its
junction with Darby Close. Whilst the above length of road is closed the
alternative route will be via Eelbrook Avenue, Hadley Place and Bradwell
Common Boulevard (and vice versa). to enable John Henry Group to
excavate footway and carriageway to install new Virgin Media apparatus.
The above closure will take effect between 22 April 2024 and 3 May 2024 (24
Hours) or until the said works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
PUBLIC NOTICE 4:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (A428 NORTHAMPTON ROAD,
WARRINGTON) (TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER
2024 (Reference: TTRO-1935)
The effect of the above Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from
proceeding along the following part of road at a speed in excess of 40mph
whilst OCU Group Ltd carry out micro duct fiber installation works. A428
Northampton Road, Warrington – From its junction with West
Northamptonshire boundary to its junction with New Row, Lavendon.
The above restriction will take effect between 22 April 2024 and 26 April 2024
(24 Hours) or until the said works have been completed, whichever is the
sooner.
