The above Order made on 9th April 2024 if confirmed as made, will
modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: Adding a public
footpath BRH0051A shown as a solid brown line between points A and
B on plan reference D093A.
The length of footpath that commences adjacent opposite No 21b
George Street, Wordsley (Point A) SO8975 8610 running in a generally
easterly direction for some 71 metres to meet public footpath B51 (Point
B) SO8982 8612 at the south-west facing boundary of No 75 Oak Park
Road
The surface route is part tarmacked and part stoned
A copy of the Order and Map may be seen free of charge during normal
office hours at the office of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council
Dudley Council Plus, 259 Castle Street, Dudley, DY1 1LQ and may
be obtained there at the price of £0. Copies may also be seen during
normal office hours at Wordsley Library, Wordsley Green, Wordsley, DY8
5BN and on the following website:

Any representations or objections relating to the Order must be sent in
writing to Director of Transport and Highway Services (FAO D R Jacobs),
Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Lister Road, Dudley, DY2 8JW no
later than 31st May 2024 and applicants are requested to state the
grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any
part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Dudley Borough Council,
instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself
confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for
the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations and objections
which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
