C181 WHITTON VILLAGE, ROTHBURY
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C181 Whitton Village from outside the front of the Pines heading in a westerly direction for a length of 58 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th April 2024 until the 25th April 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 24th April 2024 between the hours of 9:30 until 14:30. However the Order will remain in place until the 25th April 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Silverton Lane, Garleigh Road, Wagtail Road, Station Road, Whitton Bank Road and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by USL on behalf of Openreach to replace a telegraph pole.
