What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE WAY ORDER
THORPES ROAD / BURNT HOUSE ROAD, HEANOR

WHEN: 29 April to 30 April 2024 (18:00 to 23:59)
WHERE:Road Closure: Thorpes Road Heanor between its Jct. with Heanorgate Road to its Jct. with Hill Road. Suspension of One Way : Burnt House Road between its Jct. with Thorpes Road and its Jct. with A608, Derby Road
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Heanor Gate Road, Heanor Road, Derby Road, Ray Street, Thorpes Road Heanor and vice versa.
The road closure and one way suspension will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
