(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (Lancaster On Ice Event, Lancaster, Lancaster City) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2023, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend the prohibition end date as follows:
The prohibition will now be operative until 1800 hours on Monday 22nd April 2024 or until completion of the works within this period.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 5th April 2024 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (Borwick Lane, Warton, Lancaster City) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2024 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2024”
