EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B7036 Barony Road, Auchinleck) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 16th April 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers
conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – B7036 Barony Road, Auchinleck. From Treeshill Farm Access Road Eastwards for 700metres.
The Order commences on 27 April 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 27 April 2024 at 08:00 until 05 May 2024 at 20:00
The road is expected to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays only from 08:00 on the Saturday to 20:00 on Sunday each week with the road being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained wen safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via B7036 Barony Road turning left on to C62 Pennylands Road, Turning left on to B7083 Mauchline Road before taking first exit from Templeton Roundabout on to A76 to Dettingen Roundabout taking third exit on to A70 towards Ochiltree before re-joining the B7036 and vice versa.

(B730 , Rankinston) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 16th April 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water Works
Temporary Road Closure – B730. From Junction C89/ B730 to Littlemill Place
The Order commences on 29 April 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 29 April 2024 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 10 May 2024 at 23:59.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services,residents and deliveries a will be maintained via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via B730/ LITTLEMILL ROAD/ B730/ A70/ HILLHEAD/ B742/ A713/ B730 AND VICE VERSA
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B749 South Beach, Troon) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 11th April 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Carriageway Resurfacing
Temporary Road Closure – B749 South Beach, Troon, for 1400 metres.
The Order commences on 06 May 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 May 2024 at 08:00 until 20 May 2024 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route
An alternative route will be signed via Academy Street - Church Street - Bentinck Drive - Craigend Road - South Beach and vice versa
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Various Roads within Ayr, Connected with the Event ) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 11th April 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order In support of the Colours Music Event
Road Closures – no access for unauthorised vehicles:
1. Esplanade from Blackburn Carpark to Bath Place
2. Pavilion Road/Wellington Square South from Esplanade to Alloway Place
3. Place De Saint Germain En Laye from Bath Place To Pavilion Road
4. Wellington Square/Wellington Lane from Bath Place to Alloway Place
5. Blackburn Drive from Esplanade to Seafield Road
6. Blackburn Road From Westfield Road to Blackburn Drive
Road Closures – no access for unauthorised vehicles with exception to residents:
1. Park Terrace from Alloway Place - Resident Parking Only
2. Alloway Park from Alloway Place - Resident Parking Only
3. Fairfield Road from Alloway Racecourse Road - Resident Parking Only

1. Alloway Place from Miller Road to Wellington Square North Both Sides
2. Blackburn Drive from Seafield Road to Esplanade Both Sides
3. Blackburn Road from Blackburn Drive to Westfield Road Both Sides
4. Esplanade from Blackburn Carpark to Bath Place Both Sides
5. Pavilion Road/Wellington Square S from Esplanade to Alloway Place Both Sides
6. Bath Place/Wellington Square N from Esplanade to Fort Street South Side Only
7. Place De Saint Germain En Laye from Bath Place To Pavilion Road Both Sides
8. Wellington Square/Wellington Lane from Bath Place to Alloway Place Both Sides
The Order commences on 03 May 2024 and has a maximum duration of 4days or until the event has ended, whichever is earlier. The Event is expected to commence from 03 May 2024 at 19:00 until 06 May 2024 at 06:00
The Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents will only be maintained for the sections of roads as described under “no access for unauthorised vehicles with exception to residents”, above.
Access to these areas will be managed by event stewards who will allow resident access upon presentation of proof of address.
There will be no access for servicing or deliveries during the period of closure on any of the roads listed above
