Hazel Avenue, Rushmoor, Temporary Road Closure due to Works.
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
HAZEL AVENUE, RUSHMOOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Hazel Avenue to the point 70 metres Southwards of Dene Road and to the point 80 metres Northwards of 93 Hazel Avenue.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Dene Road, Cody Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from 29th April 2024 for a period of 8 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 8 months and will be in operation for 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure & Parking Restriction has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Bam Nuttall to carry out improvements on embankment at Cove Brook Flood Storage area. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order, please contact:

Bam Nuttell will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
