Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: Link Footpath F30047 Oldbury Close (between No. 57/73) from its junction with U32100 Northleach Close to its junction with U32101 Oldbury Close; Closure 2: Link Footpath F30047 Northleach Close (side No. 60). Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Link Footpath F30049 Northleach Close (side No.72), Link Footpath F30049 (adjacent Nos. 57-62 Northleach Close), Link Footpath F30049 (adjacent Nos. 51-56 Northleach Close), Link Footpath F30048 (rear No. 22 Oldbury Close), Link Footpath F30048 Oldbury Close (side No. 44), Link Footpath F30048 Oldbury Close (fronting Nos. 44-47), U32101 Oldbury Close and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of U30203 Crabbs Cross

Lane from its junction with U30200 Little Woods to its junction with U30203 Priestfield Road.

Reason: Utility works by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U30203 Priestfield Road, B4504 Windmill Drive, U30203 Ryegrass Lane, U30203 Walkwood Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 24 April 2024.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: Link Footpath F30054 Edgeworth Close (rear 64-74) & (rear nos.60-64) from its junction with Link Footpath F30054 Edgeworth Close (rear nos.75-86) to its junction with Link Footpath F30054 Edgeworth Close (front nos.38-45). Closure 2: Link Footpath F30054 Edgeworth Close (past playground) from its junction with unnumbered footpath (rear nos.111-113) to its junction with Link Footpath F30050 Marfield Lane. Closure 3: Link Footpath F30054 Edgeworth Close (side no.87) from its junction with U32217 Edgeworth Close (side no.96) for 18 metres in a northerly direction.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U31035 Elm Road from its junction with U31031 Cedar Road for a distance of 140 metres in a southerly direction. Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Clockwise: U31031 Cedar Road, U31028 Hewell Road, U31000 Unicorn Hill, U31000 Bromsgrove Road, U31038 Edward Street. Anti-Clockwise: U31037 Britten Street, U31000 Bromsgrove Road, U31000 Unicorn Hill, U31028 Hewell Road, U31031 Cedar Road

and vice versa.

(U23414 Meadow Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23414 Meadow Road from its junction with U23415 Ann Road for a distance of 55 metres in a southerly direction. Reason: Sluice valve renew by Severn Trent Water Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23415 Ann Road, U23414 Meadow Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 11 May 2024.

(U31110 Plymouth Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U31110 Plymouth Road from its junction with U31111 Bentley Close to its

junction with U31158 Purshall Close.

Reason: Excavation work in carriageway by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U31110 Plymouth Road (part) U30100 Evesham Road, C2137 Birchfield Road, U31000 Bromsgrove Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 15 May 2024.A

(C2036 Houndsfield Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2036 Houndsfield Lane from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its

junction with U23485 Hadley Close.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2180 Alcester Road, U23458 Shawhurst Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, C2036

Houndsfield Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days (24hrs). Commencing: 13 May 2024.

(A435 Hollywood Bypass, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of A435 Hollywood Bypass from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road South

to its junction with A435 Becketts Roundabout (Southbound only).

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: (Into Birmingham), A441 Birmingham Road, Junction 2 M42 (National Highways), A441

Alvechurch Bypass, A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway, A435

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (21:00 to 05:00) between 13 May 2024 and 24

May 2024.

(U23203 Icknield Street, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of U23203 Icknield Street from its junction with C2036 Lea End Lane to its junction

with C2001 Weatheroak Hill.

Reason: Replace BT pole by Telent Ltd.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C20360 Lea End Lane, C2036 Clewshaw Lane, C2042 Brockhill Lane, C2001 Weatheroak

Hill and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 24 April 2024.
