What is happening?

COUNCIL HOUSE BUILDING – KINGS ARMS, IRVINE

North Ayrshire Council is planning to redevelop the former Kings Arms, Irvine to provide 6 new amenity homes. Local people can ‘Meet the Builder’ for the site on:

Date: Tuesday 30 April 2024
Time: between 4pm and 6pm
Venue: Volunteer Rooms, Parterre, Irvine, KA12 0BA

The meet the builder document for the new council housing at Kings Arms, Irvine is available for you to view at: http://www.northayrshire.community/consultation/ until Friday 10 May 2024.

Please also note that due to the redevelopment, there will be temporary closures to West Road Lower Car Park and Chapel Lane. Further information on these closures is available at: https://www.north-ayrshire.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/ roadworks.aspx.
