Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
TONBRIDGE & MALLING AREA
B2016 Seven Mile Lane, Addington, ME19 5DA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow remedial works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B2016 Seven Mile Lane, Addington, on or after 22nd April 2024 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Wrotham Heath Golf Club, between the hours of 22:00 and 05:00 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2016 Seven Mile Lane, A20 London Road, A228 Ashton Way, A228 Malling Road, A26 Tonbridge Road, B2016 Seven Mile Lane and vice versa.
Broadwater Road, West Malling, ME19 6HU (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Broadwater Road, West Malling, on or after 9th May 2024 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside 181. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Well Street, Stickens Lane, Mill Street, Clare Lane, Broadwater Road and vice versa.
Church Lane, East Peckham, TN12 5JN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow leak repair works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Church Lane, East Peckham, on or after 7th May 2024 for up to 4 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside 2. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Hale Street, Old Road, Pound Road, Church Lane and vice versa.
Ford Lane, Wrotham Heath, TN15 7SD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Ford Lane, Wrotham Heath, on or after 28th April 2024 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Gate House Wood Touring Park, between the hours of 08:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Ford Lane, A20 London Road, Wrotham Heath Roundabout, Nepicar Lane, Pilgrims Way, Wrotham Water Road and vice versa.
Kemsing Road, Wrotham, TN15 6FA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow electric works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Kemsing Road, Wrotham, on or after 22nd April 2024 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Hushwood House. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Kemsing Road, Pilgrims Way, Old Terrys Lodge Road, Exedown Road and vice versa.
Wateringbury Road, East Malling, ME19 6AS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
To allow overhead cabling works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Wateringbury Road, East Malling, on or after 28th April 2024 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Ivy Farm, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Wateringbury Road, A20 London Road, B2246 Hermitage Lane, B2246 Fountain Lane, A26 Tonbridge Road, Red Hill, Wateringbury Road and vice versa.
